For years, I found myself navigating between IT Management and Sales because it was familiar – it was what I knew how to do. But no matter how much success I achieved, something was always missing. I felt like I was standing at the wrong summit, wondering why the view wasn’t as rewarding as I imagined.
That’s when I realized my passion wasn’t in chasing titles or promotions – it was in helping others discover careers that truly align with their purpose. After working with a coach and exploring my own path, I accepted a role supporting IT and Cybersecurity students as they began shaping their futures.
